Precast structures are made in a 78,000 square foot production facility in which 2 silos and 7 aggregate bins are located for preparing wet and dry mixes. Houston has 3 weatherproof production bays, one of which has 18,000 square feet of workspace. These bays are accommodated with one 15-ton and three 10-ton overhead cranes. The shipping and yard management crews are complimented by 4 forklifts, 1 boom truck, 2 flat bed trailers, and 2 flat bed trailers with boom cranes. We also have operational a state-of-the-art dry-tamp production line that makes machine-cast meter boxes, pull boxes, and grade rings with unequaled speed and quality.
